Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement sales forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management processes.
2. Lead S&OP process development and implementation.
3. Manage suppliers and logistics service providers according to agreed SLAs.
4. Conduct assortment planning, sales and commercial planning analysis, and product life cycle management.
5. Develop and improve Supply Chain Planning KPIs.
6. Analyze and optimize Supply Chain metrics and commercial planning decisions.
7. Develop customer analytics and predictive models to enhance forecast quality.
8. Lead Supply Chain Planning operation transformation.

Requirements

1. Master’s Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field.
2. 5+ years of experience in Supply Planning for the MENA region, preferably in a multi-brand beauty business.
3. 2+ years of experience as a Manager, leading a team of 6-8 planners.
4. Proven track record in implementing new planning tools and process optimization.
