Key Responsibilities
- Deliver result-focused treatments for guests.
- Maintain a clean and presentable Recovery Lab environment.
- Operate business aspects of the spa, including reception and stock control.
- Promote the Recovery Lab’s services and philosophy.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages a plus.
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience in a spa environment.
- Knowledge and experience with skin/skincare and body treatments.
- Passionate about developing exceptional guest experiences.
