Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver result-focused treatments for guests.
  • Maintain a clean and presentable Recovery Lab environment.
  • Operate business aspects of the spa, including reception and stock control.
  • Promote the Recovery Lab’s services and philosophy.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages a plus.
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience in a spa environment.
  • Knowledge and experience with skin/skincare and body treatments.
  • Passionate about developing exceptional guest experiences.
